Simba Action Sports Athlete Promotional Agreement:
By accepting a Promotional Simba Helmet you agree to the following requests and deliverables:
1 – You may not modify the helmet in any way.
2 – Follow @simbahelmets on instagram
3 – Provide us with a minimum of 4 Instagram posts on athlete’s main feed tagging
@Simbahelmets while showing the product. First 2 posts must be within 60 days of receiving the helmet.
4 – Minimum of 2 annual Instagram Stories/Reels on athletes post tagging @Simbahelmets
while showing the product.
5 – Agree that the required posts/stories are approved for post/share on
@Simbahelmets, simbasurf.com, or any social media channels operated by Simba Action Sports.
6 – Agree to have any images posted of athlete wearing a SIMBA helmet be featured on but not limited to, @Simbahelmets social channels, website, advertising or in store POP.
7 – At no time cover up, sticker, or paint over Simba Helmet Logo(s).
8 – No 2nd party stickers larger than 2×2 in can be applied to a promotional helmet without written permission from Simba Action Sports.
9 – You may not re-paint the helmet. If you are a Red Bull Athlete, please let us know and we will arrange for Red Bull to have a helmet painted for you.
