Overview:
The Photographer Collaboration Agreement is a written set of expectations to be
delivered on by the photographer/s. Simba Action Sports is eager to engage with
local and large-scale photographers, and aims to aid the photographer/s along the
way in delivering on the expectations agreed upon.
Instructions:
- Provide a minimum of 5 clear, product-focused photos of the Simba helmet either
on riders or otherwise displayed, within 45 days of receiving the helmet/s. - Photos and/or videos must not include graphic images, and must follow the
guidelines of the Motion Picture Association film rating of PG. - The photographer is encouraged to shoot in their usual style or to try something
fresh and creative. Simba Action Sports is happy to allow the photographer full
creative freedom.
Disclaimer:
Simba Action Sports is sending free product/s to the photographer/s of their
choosing in a gesture of good faith. Should the photographer/s agree to the above
guidelines and not deliver the agreed assets, Simba Action Sports may invoice the
photographer/s after 60 days of the product’s delivered date to pay for the product/s
received.
